• HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. Returned goods must be intact and in their commercial condition.The return period starts from the day your order is delivered.

If you wish to return something, please use the following steps:

1) PrintRETURN FORM ifill in the number of your order, indicate the bank account pwho you would like the amount refunded to, account holder, etc.

2) Place the product you wish to return, including the Product Return Form, in the package your order arrived with. Please remember that the Goods Return Form must always be attached to the goods being returned.

3) Send the package to the following address: Speedy's office

Goods are subject to return if all courier charges are borne by the customer. In case you send a parcel without paying the return courier fee, it will not be accepted.

 

• HOW WILL I BE INFORMED THAT THE GOODS I AM RETURNING HAVE BEEN PROCESSED?

Once we receive your shipment at our warehouse, we will send you a return notification by email confirming receipt of the shipment.

 

• CAN I RETURN UNDERWEAR OR SWIMSUITS?

We're sorry, but we don't accept returns on swimwear and underwear for hygiene reasons.

• REFUNDS

In the case of returned goods, all amounts paid for the order, except for courier services, are refunded by bank transfer. The refund period for orders is within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products in our warehouses. The fee for processing and transfer of returned goods is BGN 2. This amount will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you.
